AVIAN explores birds through colour, pattern and their relationship to the landscapes and plant life around them. Inspired by species from British Columbia and beyond, each work combines detailed illustration with richly textured, expressive backgrounds. The series celebrates the individuality of these birds while also reflecting the environments, stories and cultural associations connected to them.

TESTIMONIALS

ZIAH / USA

In-Ah is such an amazing artist! Her work is really unique, with her own style that has been really curated from her experience in all kinds of different artistic areas. I just love seeing all her work, and I love it so much that I commissioned a triptych from her - I wanted a piece that fit the style of my home and had a particular vision for the space it would fit, and asked In-Ah to make me something for it. The intensity and details in the colors and textures really just makes the whole house feel so amazing. I love this piece, and love ALL her work. Honestly, anything she touches turns to gold (sometimes given her work with gold paints, quite literally!) :)
